Hand-harvested from two old vine vineyards planted in the late 1970s (Upland) and early 1980s (Roza Hills), this fresh, dry, 100% Chenin blanc was fermented naturally with native yeast and aged in neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel drums. It was bentonite fined and sterile filtered before bottling this spring. 292 cases produced

Tasting Notes: The 2023 Chenin smells like honeydew melon, crisp Asian pear and Romaine lettuce rib. It’s lean and linear in the mouth with refreshing mouthwatering acidity like a slice of lime in mineral water. It tastes great with this Tahini Caesar salad from Eden Grinchpan “Eating Out Loud”.
